Job Summary

Growing organization seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead warehouse and fulfillment operations. This individual will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing leaders, improving processes, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, coaching teams, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations
  • Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and warehouse staff
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment activities
  • Ensure KPIs, productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved
  • Support workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management
  • Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
  • Partner with leadership to support business growth and operational scalability


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or operations leadership experience
  • Experience leading teams and developing supervisors/managers
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Experience with KPIs, process improvement, and performance management
  • Familiarity with WMS systems and operational reporting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills


Preferred

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
  • High-volume fulfillment or distribution experience
  • Capacity planning and workforce management experience
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
