If you thrive in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and want to see the direct impact of your work — this is the job.

What You'll Own

Logistics & Shipping

•        Manage all inbound and outbound logistics — domestic and international

•        Own freight carrier and 3PL relationships; negotiate rates and service agreements

•        Ensure on-time, compliant delivery of sensitive security hardware to enterprise and government clients

Inventory Management

•        Reduce carrying costs and prevent stockouts through proactive procurement planning

•        Negotiate supplier terms and manage vendor performance

Packing & Fulfillment

•        Lead fulfillment team to ship finished goods in full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements (NIST 800-88, chain-of-custody)

•        Build and enforce SOPs for packing, labeling, and shipment preparation

•        Coordinate finished goods handoff with the Production Supervisor

Team Leadership

•        Directly manage 4–5 team members; set expectations, coach performance, build accountability

•        Partner with Director of Operations on headcount planning and process improvements

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

•        Track and report KPIs: on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, purchasing spend

•        Identify bottlenecks; drive corrective actions

•        Leverage ERP data and AI-powered tools to improve visibility, forecasting, and decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required

•        5+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory/purchasing management

•        2+ years managing a team in a manufacturing or distribution environment

•        Demonstrated expertise across all of: logistics/shipping, inventory management, purchasing/procurement, and fulfillment

•        Strong NetSuite ERP experience strongly preferred — must be comfortable working in and improving ERP workflows

•        Proven track record building and enforcing SOPs

•        Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail

•        Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field — or equivalent experience

•        Must pass background check and E-Verify

Preferred

•        Experience in manufacturing, ITAD, security hardware, or defense/government supply chain

•        Familiarity with export compliance, chain-of-custody documentation, or certificates of destruction

•        Comfortable using AI-powered tools to drive operational efficiency and reporting
