POSITION EXPECTATIONS


Position Expectations  
To lead the Salvage Production through management of the salvage process and production schedule. Coordinates with Dock Leads and Forklift Leads to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all distribution operations.  The overall goal is to meet production and distribution requirements to maximize salvage sales by exceeding daily production quotas and managing product flow.  

Responsibilities 

  • Completes all related paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Serves as liaison between the Production area and Forklift to provide exceptional process flow in meeting the warehouse production goals. 
  • Serves as liaison between the Production team and the Salvage Buyer coordinator to ensure that load outs of salvage product are produced and ensure effective and efficient flow of product. 
  • Standardizes through written procedures and training the most efficient use of labor in each assigned area with daily standards of performance. 
  • Makes timely adjustments to increase salvage efficiency & quality based upon daily results. 
  • Acts as point of contact for daily Salvage buyers. Ensure contract requirements are fulfilled. Manage payment collection, and maintain appropriate paperwork required for daily pick-ups and sales. 
  • Completes any other tasks as assigned by Operations Management. 
  • Assists in any other projects as determined by management.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
