Job Description
Assist with shipment processing, operational data entry, customer service, and billing functions to support efficient distribution operations. Learn and apply company procedures while ensuring accuracy, resolving exceptions, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the timely movement of freight and overall customer satisfaction.
Position Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with order processing, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and data entry to support daily distribution operations.
  • Generate and maintain operational documents, reports, and records while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support coordination with customers, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Monitor shipments and inventory activity, provide status updates, and help ensure accurate customer and vendor billing.
  • Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer requirements while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Successful candidates must pass a background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Must have the ability to work overtime in support of the department's needs
  • Must be able to commute to the city of Carson, CA
  • Comfortable with numbers and basic mathematical skills
  • Comfortable working in a professional business environment.

  • Currently working to acquire Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize throughout the workday while remaining focused and organized

  • Analytical with a strong attention to detail
