Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for logistics coordination, shipment status updates, and performance inquiries. Responsibilities include managing freight bookings across multiple modes, monitoring shipment progress, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
