Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a proven distribution leader to drive profitable growth, strengthen agency partnerships, and lead a high-performing team across a multi-state region. This position may be filled at either the Director or AVP level based on the selected candidate's experience, leadership background, and demonstrated success in distribution management.
This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role. Frequent travel throughout the region is an essential part of the position, requiring regular face-to-face interaction with agency partners, Territory Managers, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will spend significant time in the field developing relationships, coaching sales talent, identifying growth opportunities, and driving profitable business results.
 Region includes the following states: ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NJ, NY, PA, WV, DE. What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers across the region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with agency partners to drive profitable growth.
- Execute sales and distribution strategies that support regional business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and expand GUARD's presence across the region.
