We are seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to lead first-shift operations within a high-volume retail and E-Commerce distribution center. This strategic leadership role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, quality, and returns, while building a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead through influence, develop high-performing leaders, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.ย

  • Lead and develop a team of department managers and front-line operations teams.

  • Background in retail, E-Commerce, or omnichannel distribution environments
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, labor management, and operational best practices
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance, employee engagement, and business results

Preferred

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification
  • Experience with automation, material handling systems, and labor management technology
  • Multi-shift distribution center leadership experience
