Job Purpose:
- As a Food Service Distribution Manager at LIFECARE ALLIANCE, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly in our food distribution operations. You'll juggle inventory, lead an awesome team, and ensure quality and compliance are top-notch. Plus, you'll get to expand our services and keep everyone in the loop with your stellar communication skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and Inventory Management: Keep track of all the goodies and make sure they're where they need to be, when they need to be there!
- Team Supervision and Leadership: Be the captain of your ship, guiding and inspiring your team to greatness!
- Quality Control and Compliance: Make sure everything meets the highest standards and follows the rules.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with other teams and keep everyone informed and happy.
- Service Expansion: Help us grow and reach even more people with our amazing services!

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
