What You'll Do

  • Prepare, address, and ship outgoing materials and merchandise with precision and care
  • Coordinate and arrange appropriate transportation for outbound products
  • Manage shipping documentation, mailing lists, and postal paperwork
  • Support internal production workflows to keep jobs moving on time
  • Assist customers with shipping inquiries professionally and accurately
  • Operate shipping software (full training provided)
  • Drive a 20'–26' box truck as needed

What You Bring

  • Background in shipping, logistics, postal operations, trucking, or a related field — USPS experience is a strong plus
  • An eye for detail — you catch errors before they become problems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused through complex, high-volume tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment

Schedule & Stability

  • Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm
