Certco, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift Receiving Team at our Verona Road Distribution Center in Madison, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

As our 3rd Shift Receiving Supervisor, you'll lead warehouse operations while ensuring products are received safely, accurately, and efficiently.


You'll:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates. 
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and respect. 
  • Coordinate daily receiving activities and inbound freight. 
  • Monitor productivity and labor efficiency. 
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving procedures. 
  • Work closely with Inventory Control, Transportation, Purchasing, and Operations. 
  • Train and mentor employees while building future leaders. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies. 
  • Support our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Maintain food safety, OSHA, and company compliance standards. 

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front.

Qualifications include:

  • Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience. 
  • Receiving, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or grocery warehouse experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable. 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Computer proficiency. 
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is a plus. 
  • Forklift experience is preferred.
