Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Logistics is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end distribution of consumer goods and services, ensuring operations are executed with maximum efficiency and profitability. This role leads the development and execution of logistics strategies across multiple facilities, manages carrier and vendor relationships, and drives continuous process improvement. The Senior Manager partners closely with operations leadership to align logistics solutions with business objectives and ensures full compliance with applicable U.S. and Mexico regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies that drive efficient, cost-effective operations across multiple facilities and markets.
  • Lead transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and U.S./Mexico cross-border logistics activities.
  • Optimize logistics processes, workflows, and technology solutions to improve service and reduce costs.
  • Manage carrier, broker, and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and regulatory requirements while mitigating operational risk.
  • Lead and develop the logistics team through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with operations, procurement, finance, and customer service to align logistics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide senior leadership with recommendations on logistics strategy, risks, and opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
· Cross-border U.S./Mexico logistics experience
· Carrier, broker, and 3PL contract negotiation
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· U.S. and Mexico regulatory/trade compliance knowledge
· TMS/WMS proficiency; KPI reporting experience
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
· 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
