Department OverviewThe mission of the North America Government Distribution Finance department is to add value to our sales and operations teams by providing relevant, data-driven information to our business partners so they can confidently make better decisions faster. We engage with our customers, our channel partners and our sales, services, pricing, legal, engineering, business planning, supply chain and accounting teams to deliver Mission Critical communications systems to police, fire, and other first responders.
Job Description

You will be the finance partner for 2 Territory Vice Presidents responsible for growing Motorola Solutions' business with state and local government customers in your sales territory.

In this role you will:

  • This job will include advising on deal strategy

  • Pro Forma income statement analysis for potential deals

  • Negotiating both statements of work and contract terms and conditions with customers, managing the sales budget for your territory, facilitating timely collection of accounts receivable

  • Forecasting monthly orders, revenue, and budgets, and monitoring and improving internal controls.

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD
