KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc. is recruiting for a Civil Engineer Project Manager with experience in AutoCAD and be able to utilize their strong design skills to create plans and exhibits in support of residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional site/land development projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a team and managing multiple projects while meeting specific deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Site layout and design.
  • Utility design, including storm drain, water and sewer. Knowledge of conduit and dry utility systems.
  • Site grading to include ADA compliance.
  • Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control.
  • Manage projects and team members within the department.
  • Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications.
  • Execute project based on outlined criteria.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting.
  • MD Professional Engineer license is required.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of accepted industry software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • MicroStation
  • Civil 3D

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Compensation:

  • $42.00-$67.00/hour (equal to $87,360-$139,360 annually)
  • Position eligible for overtime
  • Position eligible for discretionary bonuses at the sole discretion of the company
