What You Will Work On

You help create a safe and secure environment across the distribution center by protecting people, assets, and daily operations. Your awareness and responsiveness ensure that alarms and incidents are handled quickly and professionally, creating a workplace where associates feel supported and protected. Your presence plays an important role in maintaining trust and safety across the facility.

In this role, you monitor activity at entry and exit points, screen associates as they leave, and maintain a visible loss prevention presence throughout the facility. You document incidents accurately and keep leadership informed so appropriate actions can be taken. You also build a strong understanding of operations and company policies, using that knowledge to identify and communicate potential risks.
