JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the primary responsibility of the Center Manager  is to ensure the smooth operation of the day center and that all participants’ needs are being met.  The position is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations in the multipurpose day rooms in the center.  In collaboration with the Center Manager  will manage the flow of activities, select professional/clinical teams, assuring timely transition between scheduled appointments, and oversight of daily attendance.   This person will also be responsible for assisting in the provision of tours to prospective enrollees and their families as indicated.   Functioning as a member and co-facilitator of IDT team meetings will be required.  Promotes professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.  Adheres to and supports all organizational policies and procedures and standards.  Promotes teamwork!  


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adheres to all Edenbridge PACE Policies and Procedures, Edenbridge PACE Safety Policies and Procedures and OSHA safety guidelines. 

  • Consistently contributes to problem-solving and cooperates with identified resolutions. 

  • Must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality. 

  • Brings issues and process improvement ideas to the attention of the Executive Director. 

  • Maintains verbal and written skills required for the position.

  • Attends meetings and participates in committees as required. 

  • Completes annual training as required. 

  • Adheres to Company Dress Code Policy. 

  • Demonstrates appropriate level of time management in support of co-workers and the entire team. 


Departmental (Job-Specific Tasks) 

  • Facilitate morning IDT meetings

  • Supervises the Transportation Manager, Recreational Therapy Staff, Rehab Services, Social Workers, and Receptionists.

  • Ensures daily documentation requirements are completed timely by supervised staff.

  • Provides tours to prospective enrollees and their families/representatives, as indicated by the marketing team. 

  • Monitors participant schedules in the PACE Center and assures that participants are assisted to and from their center appointments on time in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services. 

  • Assures participant attendance is tracked daily.

  • Responsible for training new staff in Center procedures.

  • Completes 90-day reviews for all new hires and annual reviews thereafter.
