Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day distribution center operations.

As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team, and ensure efficient, accurate work flows and maintaining safety standards in the distribution center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Center Colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor labour planning, workload distribution, and shift performance to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges, including order variances, inventory discrepancies, and workflow interruptions.
  • Support onboarding and training for new colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting safety checks and ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve processes, optimize space, and enhance overall Distribution Center performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $63,000 to $70,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
