D&B Supply is seeking an experienced, hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while promoting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment. This individual will oversee warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, and ensure the efficient movement of inventory while maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, and safety. This position is primarily a Monday through Friday schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance. However, candidates should understand that occasional Saturday work may be required to support business needs, inventory, or special projects.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Supervise and lead daily warehouse operations.
  • Manage employee scheduling, productivity, and workflow.

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
  • Must have directly supervised a team of at least 20 employees.
  • Working knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-volume distribution center.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
