We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of operations at our distribution center. This role is responsible for warehouse performance, facility management, inventory accuracy, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong team development.
Job Description
  • Operations & Inventory Management
  • - Manage all daily warehouse and facility operations
  • - Ensure accurate inventory control and asset accountability
  • - Plan, organize, and direct all distribution center activities
  • - Set and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • - Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to minimize damage and optimize performance
  • - Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Staffing & Leadership
  • - Determine staffing needs and oversee hiring, scheduling, and team structure
  • - Lead employee relations, including performance reviews, development, and disciplinary processes
  • - Promote a culture of training, communication, and teamwork
  • - Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and ensure supervisors do the same
