Job Description

The primary purpose of this job is to supervise the department responsible for in meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI), maintaining a safe and clean work environment, while completing the day- to- day operations to attain optimal customer service levels.

  • Maintain a high awareness in keeping a safe work environment and safe work culture through daily communication with our associates and leads. Safety must be a consistent message through education, correction, encouragement and recognition.
  • Monitor and adjust associate staffing levels and schedules to meet customer volume demands and seasonal volume fluctuations.
  • Ensure strict associate adherence to all engineered labor standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards across all warehouse facilities
  • Supervise administrative hourly associates and operations ‘leads’ including planning and evaluating performances; establishing performance requirements and personal development targets; monitoring performance and providing coaching for performance improvement and development.
  • Coaching and guiding associates to meet the required productivity goals within each department; this may be achieved through education, training, involvement and progressive discipline.
  • Drive productivity throughout the warehouse by maintaining a visible presence on the floor of the distribution centers, reviewing labor management reports to identify performance issues, conducting audits per established schedule and identification of potential barriers to maximizing productivity, such as congestion, slotting issues and safety and proactively work to resolve issues

Position is incentive eligible based on KPIs. 

Note: Weekends are required.


The salary range for this position is $72,8800 - $109,320 per year and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity
