As a Warehouse Associate at JARS Cannabis, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our Distribution Center. Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:Picking, sorting, tagging, packing, organizing, and fulfilling inventory.Conducting quality assurance for all inventory processes.Assisting with loading and unloading products.Picking and packing orders accurately.Verifying and preparing orders for dispatch.Supporting product intake and warehouse organization.Handling paperwork, printing, and labeling tasks, including METRC and dispatch processes.Performing regular inventory counts.Occasionally communicating with brands and clients.Providing general assistance to Managers as needed.Skills & Qualifications:2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist as needed.Availability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.Basic math skills.Must be at least 21 years of age or older.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong judgment, excellent work ethic, and attention to detail.Professionalism, patience, and a process-driven approach.Professional appearance.Punctual and reliable.
