In This Role, You’ll: 
  • Order Selector
  • Use Vocollect headsets to accurately pick orders based on voice instructions. Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (34–36-degree temps)
  • Train associates on operations in 3 temperature zones, receiving, loading/unloading, FIFO, expiration date requirements and expectations, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, scrubbers, scissor lifts, putaways and inventory management.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings for the team.
  • Assist the Management of production for the team daily
  • Utilize email to communicate if needed and understand the JDA system to support any facet of the operation
  • Manage inventory of building
  • Maintain expected sanitation levels in all their assigned work area, to include material handling equipment, trailers and building sanitation to be aligned with the golden standard.
  • Under the direction of a supervisor assist assigning, monitoring and coordination required labor expectations vs. planned labor needs due to case volume.
  • Under the Supervision of a supervisor direct and assists employees in work areas.

  • Must audit all processes of warehouse functions such as selection, receiving, loading/unloading, put aways, sanitation, and to correct deficiencies on the spot
  • Embrace the customer journey (Drivers are the customer)
  • Coach & retrain violations to the team and hold the standard of the company
  • Must be the first one in the building for the shift and the last one leaving for the shift
  • Assist and support supervisor on developing and implementing projects or any other task as assigned by supervisor.
  • Managing of trucks to ensure drivers are being unloaded within their allotted appointment times.
  • Must be willing to complete any task needed.

What You’ll Bring: 
  • Warehouse Lead Experience – 1 Year Preferred
  • Possess reading and basic math skills.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying 50-pound objects
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts – this includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (zero to -10 or 34-36 degree temps)
  • Experience on required MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Electric pallet, Standup forklift, etc
  • Certified Forklift and Reach Truck Operator
  • Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 50 pounds
  • High School. Diploma or equivalent or relevant experience
  • Must have the proven ability to make sound decisions, treat others fairly and have effective listening skills.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills and the proven ability to effectively communicate to others.
  • Must promote a positive and supportive work environment through team-oriented concepts, actively demonstrating this behavior.
