Job Description

The Analyst, Marketing Generalist will report to the Senior Vice President, Communications. This role serves as a marketing generalist, supporting Communications, Events, Integrated Marketing, Thought Leadership, and the CMO. The position is designed to provide execution support across a range of marketing activities, improving coordination, consistency, and output across the organization. An important focus (30-40% of the role) will be digital engagement and how we use data to improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the AVP, Integrated Marketing, support marketing operations activities including email marketing management and CRM tasks (list & data management, reporting, etc.)
  • Working with the Associate, Content & Digital \assist with website content management updates, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Support development, production and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations, content, and internal communications.
  • Assist with campaign execution, including content preparation, distribution coordination, and logistics.
  • Partner with Communications on internal and external messaging initiatives.
  • Support Thought Leadership efforts, including content development, editing, and distribution.
  • Assist with data tracking, reporting, and general marketing operations tasks.
  • Support budgeting processes, including tracking spend, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • CMS / WordPress experience a plus
  • MS Dynamics CRM experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).
