The Role + Purpose

As a Distribution Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting the flow of product across our business. You'll help ensure that inventory is allocated efficiently to meet sales goals, partnering across Planning, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to bring strategies to life. With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving, you'll translate data into actionable decisions that drive results and strengthen the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute allocation strategies that support sales and inventory objectives across stores and channels
  • Analyze selling trends and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Planning and Merchandising to forecast needs and manage inventory flow throughout the season
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
  • Execute initial inventory releases, transfers, and store-level adjustments
  • Build and maintain allocation reports and dashboards to support business insights
  • Support backlog and markdown monitoring to optimize inventory levels and product performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine allocation logic and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience (internship or retail store experience preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service-minded and resourceful, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a retail, allocation, or supply chain environment
  • Familiarity with allocation or planning systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, or similar tools)
  • Exposure to inventory management, forecasting, or data visualization platforms

*This role follows our in-office work model, requiring associates to work from our New York office Tuesday through Thursday each week, effective September 8, 2026.

Hourly Range: $22.98 - $26.49
