Earthmoving Equipment Operator โ€“ Heavy Civil and Grading Specialist for TLS Construction LLC


Job Overview

  • Location: Spanish Fort, Alabama (Onsite), Mobile, Alabama, Pensacola, Florida

You will play a vital role in executing major residential and commercial civil construction projects. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Operate bulldozers, excavators, and articulated dump trucks to execute precise earthmoving maneuvers.
  • Perform efficient land clearing and heavy excavation tasks in alignment with strict project timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality fine grading to prepare sites for structural and utility infrastructure.
  • Execute accurate utility installations by safely digging, placing, and backfilling trenches.
  • Utilize modern 3D GPS machine control systems to ensure exact grading specifications are met.
  • Collaborate closely with ground crews and field supervisors to maintain a productive job site.
  • Conduct daily pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety and fleet longevity.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven, professional experience operating heavy civil earthmoving equipment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in heavy excavation, land clearing, and structural fine grading.
  • Solid understanding of safe open-trench utility installation processes.
  • Accurate, meticulous, detail-oriented precision work
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
