Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 to be paid incrementally during 1st six months of employment ($500.00 at 90 days and $500.00 at 180 days).

The Inventory Control Associate manages medication inventory within a Central Fill pharmacy to ensure products are accurate, available, and ready for order fulfillment. This is a handson role focused on inventory accuracy, stock movement, and supporting pharmacy operations in a fastpaced healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, pharmacy support, or fulfillment.

What You Will Do
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory

  • Stock shelves and put away medications and supplies

  • Perform order picking, case cutting, and product handling

  • Process returns, including damaged, expired, and recalled items

  • Complete cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation

  • Track product additions, removals, and stock adjustments

  • Prepare and process shipments to and from the distribution center

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems

  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant

  • Complete assigned tasks to meet daily inventory and production goals

Basic Requirements
  • Typically requires 1+ years of relatedexperience.

  • Experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or stock handling roles

  • Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or Central Fill operations
