Seeking a skilled System Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and enterprise networking. This role supports day-to-day operations, infrastructure stability, and ongoing improvements across virtualized and physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, clustering, and storage.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, including switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
  • Perform system updates, patching, backups, and disaster-recovery tasks.
  • Implement security best practices and assist with compliance requirements.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for server, network, and virtualization issues.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and changes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Hands-on experience with Hyper-V (VM creation, replication, failover clustering).
