What is distinctive living?

Distinctive Living is a senior living company that provides a range of care options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The organization focuses on creating supportive, engaging environments for older adults to enhance their quality of life. Their services typically include personalized care plans, wellness programs, nutritious meals, and social activities designed to meet the unique needs of each resident. Distinctive Living aims to foster a sense of community, dignity, and independence for seniors.

Team members in Distinctive Living communities often encounter challenges such as balancing the diverse needs of residents while maintaining high standards of care and creating a homelike environment. Staff frequently collaborate across roles—including caregivers, dining, and activities teams—to ensure residents' well-being and satisfaction. Proactive training and open feedback channels help team members manage workload and provide exemplary service.
