As a Distillery Tour Guide at A. Smith Bowman, you’ll create memorable experiences for guests while sharing the story, craft, and character behind our spirits. You’ll be a welcoming face of the distillery, helping guests feel informed, engaged, and excited to be part of the experience. This is an in-person role with opportunities to build customer service and sales skills in a unique distillery environment.

Schedule: Part-time working 24-32 hours a week

What You’ll Do
  • Lead engaging distillery tours and experiences for guests while providing knowledgeable, friendly service.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to questions and concerns, and work to create a positive experience for every visitor.
  • Represent A. Smith Bowman professionally and help create loyal customers and brand advocates.
  • Support sales activities and help drive volume while maintaining a high standard of product and customer experience.

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

Preferred:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
