  • Partner with Finance, Technology, and external consultants to ensure a successful transition from Microsoft Great Plains to NetSuite and effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Help design, test, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and enterprise systems, including Salesforce CRM and Magento / Adobe Commerce, ensuring reliable data flow, accuracy, and operational continuity.
  • Configure and administer NetSuite capabilities, including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Advanced Revenue Recognition, MCP, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, roles, permissions, and user access.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteAnalytics Workbook reports, saved searches, dashboards, and recurring Finance reporting, including month-end close reporting where appropriate.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations, workflows, reports, governance practices, and process improvements.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, user guidance, documentation, release testing, and continuous improvement recommendations.

YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business/finance/accounting, computer-science or related field
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in NetSuite administration in a business environment
  • Experience successfully supporting or leading one to two full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, financial systems, and core Finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order management, procurement, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
  • Experience with NetSuite configuration, roles and permissions, MCP, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and user administration
  • Experience with complex ERP integrations, ideally including Salesforce-to-NetSuite and Magento / Adobe Commerce-to-NetSuite data pipelines, financial data migration, system testing, and cross-functional implementation activities
  • Ability to partner effectively with Finance stakeholders to translate reporting and process needs into practical NetSuite solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while serving as the internal go-to resource for NetSuite knowledge and support

IDEAL IF YOU HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):

  • NetSuite Systems Administrator Certification or related NetSuite credentials.
  • Experience transitioning from Microsoft Great Plains or another legacy financial system to NetSuite.
  • Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, Celigo or third-party integration tools.
  • Experience supporting Finance teams in a publishing, education technology, SaaS, subscription, or multi-product business environment.
  • Experience developing ERP governance, documentation, training materials, and support processes for long-term operations.
