A Day in the Life:

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams—visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance—and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You’ll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade. If you have a green thumb, a creative eye, and a passion for helping others celebrate life’s moments, this is the role for you.

What you bring to the table:

· Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.

· Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.

· Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.

· Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.

· Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.

· Teamwork: Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
