Job description

Renewal by Andersen, your premier window and door replacement company, is seeking candidates skilled in event display set up and tear down, strong communication, creativity, and time-management, to join our team as the Marketing Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Marketing department's needs for in-person activations, displays, and signage. The coordinator independently manages logistics and supports the evolving needs of Marketing and the business.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all displays for the Marketing Department
    • Inventory, Inspection, and Upkeep
  • Maintain open communication with the Events and Retail team, including the Managers and Coordinators
  • Set up and dismantle activations that require more than a pickup truck
  • Build retail and mobile displays that align with branding guidelines and functionality for consumers
  • Ensure all home show displays are prepared and set up correctly for the season
  • Oversee and maintain vehicles, including rental trucks and the Mobile Design Center
