We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager - Laundry Dispensing Equipment to join our team. In this role, you will build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, support dispensing system installations and service, and help customers improve laundry operations through effective chemical dispensing solutions.
What You'll Do
A typical day as an Account Manager for Laundry Dispensing Equipment might include:
  • Analyzing financial data, compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, and identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop new business opportunities within hospitality, healthcare, linen service, multifamily, and commercial laundry markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with laundry managers, housekeeping directors, facilities teams, and ownership groups.
  • Present and sell laundry dispensing systems, chemical programs, and related solutions.
  • Conduct site evaluations and identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or operational improvements.
  • Coordinate dispenser installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing service support.
  • Work with customers to optimize wash quality, chemical usage, and operating costs.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities, customer follow-up, and account growth opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed.

What We Offer
As a CFS Technologies team member, you'll receive:
  • $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary (plus incentive plan) to start, payroll every other Thursday.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401(k) with company contributions.
  • 3 weeks annually of paid-time-off and sick leave accrual, with increases based on tenure.
  • Paid company holidays.

Job Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has a strong understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in commercial laundry, institutional chemical sales, or dispensing equipment.
  • Possesses knowledge of laundry dispensing systems, pumps, injectors, and chemical applications.
  • Has experience working with hotels, healthcare facilities, laundromats, linen services, or on-premise laundries.
  • Enjoys building strong customer relationships and providing excellent service support.
  • Has mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Is self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and projects.
  • Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel as needed.

    • Hydro Systems
    • Knight equipment
    • Brightwell dispensers
    • Dosatron systems
    • Peristaltic pumps
    • OPL and tunnel washer systems
