Dispensary sales associates, often referred to as budtenders, are retail professionals who assist customers in cannabis dispensaries. They provide information about different cannabis products, make recommendations based on customer needs, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations. Their role also includes handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and educating customers on safe and responsible consumption. What are some common challenges faced by dispensary sales associates, and how can they be addressed?

Dispensary Sales Associates often navigate challenges such as staying updated on rapidly changing cannabis regulations, managing high customer volume during peak hours, and educating customers with varying levels of product knowledge.
