We are looking for a Full Time Truck Dispatacherย that is committed to WVEIโ€™s quality of work and commitment to safety. WVEIโ€™s Fullย Time Dispatcher will workย in an office setting at our Oklahomaย  City, OKย location.ย  This is a safety sensitive position.

Dispatcher expectations:

  • Ability to Multitask Efficiently
  • Excellent Record Keeping Skills
  • Process fuel receipts thru various recordkeeping systems
  • Assistย with Billing in NetSuite-- NetSuite Knowledge a plus
  • Create Bills of Ladings in NetSuite
  • Map out jobs and calculate freight rates
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Monitor emails and respond accordingly
  • Dispatch/ Monitor Drivers
  • Samsara knowledge a plus
  • Check fuel receipts against other records
  • Work weekends
