  • Manage daily schedules and adjust priorities as needed
  • Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
  • Order and coordinate parts
  • Help keep service calls running efficiently

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Previous service dispatching experience
  • Experience with parts ordering and coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
