Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant in Redmond, WA. Job duties include:
  • Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects
  • Providing clients with high-quality customer service
  • Communicating client needs to field staff
  • Inputting data into scheduling software
  • Preparing field files for staff
  • Assist Administrative Manager with:
    • Fleet Management
    • Inspector Certification Management
    • Equipment Tracking
  • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of dispatching experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff
