Ken's Gutters LLC

Full-time

Job description

Great dispatchers don't just schedule jobs. They keep an entire operation moving.
The best dispatchers don't wait for problems-they solve them before anyone else notices.
Schedules change. Crews get delayed. Customers call. Priorities shift.
If your instinct is to organize, prioritize, and keep everything running smoothly, we'd like to meet you.
Ken's Gutters is a fast-growing national home service company managing large-scale gutter and dryer vents cleaning projects for apartment communities across the United States. We're looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to take ownership of scheduling and coordinating field service operations for an assigned territory.
This is a fast-paced role where organization, communication, and problem-solving are essential. Every day is different, and you'll play a critical role in keeping our technicians, subcontractors, and customers working together seamlessly.
What You'll Do
  • Own the daily schedule for your assigned territory.
  • Coordinate commercial gutter cleaning projects nationwide.
  • Schedule technicians and subcontractors while managing availability, travel, and logistics.
  • Communicate with property managers before, during, and after scheduled services.
  • Handle schedule changes, weather delays, crew conflicts, and time-zone coordination.
  • Keep accurate job notes and update multiple internal systems.
  • Track projects from scheduling through completion.
  • Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure every project stays on track.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who already understands the pace and responsibility of dispatching.
You should have:
  • 1-3+ years of dispatch, scheduling, logistics, field service, or service coordination experience.
  • Experience coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, or service crews.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and field personnel.
  • Confidence using multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • A calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, construction, restoration, moving, pest control, or other field service industries is highly preferred.
You'll Probably Love This Role If You...
• Enjoy solving logistical puzzles.
• Like being the person everyone calls when they need answers.
• Can reorganize an entire day's schedule without getting flustered.
• Take pride in keeping projects organized and on schedule.
• Enjoy checking tasks off your list and seeing everything come together.
What We Offer
  • $24-$29 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
  • In-office position in Clearwater, FL.
  • Stable, growing national company.
  • Structured systems and proven processes.
  • Opportunities for advancement into senior dispatch and operations leadership roles.

This Role Isn't for Everyone
If you prefer a slow-paced environment with the same routine every day, this probably isn't the right fit.
But if you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, and keeping an entire operation running smoothly, you'll find this role both challenging and rewarding.
Our technicians are the boots on the ground.
You're the person who keeps them moving.
