NEIA Supply is a leading petroleum delivery company specializing in the transportation and distribution of petroleum products. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest safety standards in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our operations team.

Job Summary

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the logistics of petroleum product deliveries. You will be responsible for dispatching trucks, optimizing routes, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring safe, timely, and efficient deliveries. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to customer service and safety.

Schedule

Enjoy a rotating schedule w/ every other Wednesday and Thursday OFF and alternating weekends.

Week A
  • Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, updates, and operational concerns.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate customer needs and changing conditions.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery operations and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities, locations, and delivery times.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers during emergencies or incidents.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to fuel transportation and logistics.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred, ideally within the petroleum, transportation, or fuel delivery industry.
  • Knowledge of tank wagon and/or transport operations, including loading, unloading, and safety procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements.
