What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily routes and dispatch drivers to ensure timely service.
  • Support drivers in real-time with questions or service issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property damage.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Use dispatch and routing software, along with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage schedules and data.

What You Bring to the Table
