We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HVAC service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day.

As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential HVAC service technicians.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times

  • Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls

  • Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency

  • Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system

  • Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments

  • Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues

  • Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day

This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations.


What You Need:

  • Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments

  • Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems

  • Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling

  • Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)

  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
