Job Description

Pay: To be determined based on experience
Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required.
DISPATCHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor drivers and delivery routes throughout the day
• Communicate with drivers regarding route progress and operational concerns
• Coordinate rescues and route support when needed
• Complete beginning-of-shift, mid-day, and end-of-day reports
• Assist with vehicle assignments, attendance tracking, and daily dispatch operations
• Escalate safety, performance, and delivery concerns to management
• Maintain accurate and professional communication with drivers and leadership
DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS
• Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
• Familiarity with Amazon DSP delivery operations and route monitoring
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
