As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, dispatch personnel, and support timely responses to routine and urgent situations. You will provide professional customer service, maintain clear records, and help create a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a driving position. Pay Rate: $22.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare laboratory clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Coordinate dispatch communications for security-related officers, supervisors, and site contacts, documenting requests, incidents, and service calls in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications systems, prioritize requests, and relay accurate information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
