A Day In The Life
The TPC Dispatch plays a vital role in driving the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of customer vehicles across USAL's network through our third-party carrier partners. This position is central to managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring optimal routing and scheduling, and maintaining strong communication with TPC drivers, their logistics teams, and customers. By leveraging transportation management systems, the coordinator contributes to real-time problem solving, operational reporting, and network optimization. Success in this role is built on fostering third party carrier relationships, aligning dispatch activities with broader business goals, and upholding the company's core values of trust, performance, and strategic collaboration.

As a TPC Dispatch you will:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily TPC dispatch operations using transportation management systems solely focused on our third-party carrier network.
  • Serve as a liaison between TPC drivers, their logistics teams, and customers to ensure timely and damage-free deliveries.
  • Analyze load factors, TPC driver availability, and equipment readiness to optimize routing and scheduling.
  • Support TPC driver engagement through clear communication, coaching, and performance feedback through their company leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with carrier operations and capacity teams to align dispatch activities with broader network goals.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build trust with the carrier base making USAL Solutions the premier broker for third party carriers.
  • Maintain alignment with our company core competencies and values.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field of study. Pref
  • 4-6 years Dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics operations. Required
  • 4-6 years Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and/or dispatch software. Required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. (Medium proficiency)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (High proficiency)
  • Customer Data Management - Customer data management relates to the systems that businesses use to compile and interrogate their customer information. Developing-Intermediate Required

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
