Job description

LHH Recruitment is partnered with a growing corporation in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team. This is a full-time onsite Monday through Friday position. Pay range depending on experience $23.00-$27.00 per hour. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance requests across multiple facilities to ensure timely and efficient service.
Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and log maintenance requests via phone, email, or work order systems
  • Assess urgency and prioritize service requests based on severity and impact
  • Dispatch maintenance technicians or vendors to assigned locations
  • Generate and manage work orders from initiation through completion
  • Create and maintain daily and weekly schedules for maintenance teams
  • Assign work based on technician availability, skill set, and location
  • Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate emergency or high-priority requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and internal teams
  • Provide updates on service status and expected completion times
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to relay job details and changes
  • Monitor progress of ongoing maintenance activities and follow up as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and completed tasks
  • Ensure all maintenance work aligns with company procedures and safety standards
  • Assist in tracking inventory, tools, and equipment needed for service delivery
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, facilities coordination, logistics, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with CRM or Scheduling platform is highly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required for this position.
