Job description

At 2 Towns Ciderhouse, our Delivery Associates do more than deliver cider, they create memorable experiences for our customers. As the face of our Direct-to-Consumer program, you'll safely deliver products to homes and businesses across Oregon while providing exceptional customer service and representing one of the Pacific Northwest's leading craft cider brands.
This is more than a delivery job, you'll be a brand ambassador, building relationships with customers, representing one of Oregon's leading craft cider producers, and occasionally supporting tastings, events, and our Taproom team. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

  • Safely deliver products to residential and commercial customers throughout the Willamette Valley, Portland Metro, the Oregon Coast, and Central & Southern Oregon
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring products arrive safely and on time
  • Verify IDs and collect payments in compliance with OLCC regulations
  • Communicate with dispatch throughout the day and adapt to changing delivery need.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized company vehicles
  • Merchandise products at retail accounts and support customer relationships
  • Represent 2 Towns Ciderhouse at tastings, sampling events, and occasional Taproom shifts
Starting Wage: $19.00/hr.
Schedule: Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
*There may be opportunities to pick up additional hours by working occasional Taproom shifts or events.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and 165 lbs. with assistance/equipment
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery applications
  • Current OLCC Alcohol Server Permit and Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain as required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
