Looking for the right individual to come join our team!

Because of continuous growth we are looking for a hand select dispatcher associate for our service department in Norfolk; Va. Candidate needs to be an excellent communicator with good people skills, positive attitude a must. Candidate needs to be able to multi-task between dispatching/scheduling and helping to solve customer service issues. The right candidate is one that is able to take direction, learn new tasks, be computer literate and be a team player in a small but very productive office.

$17 + based on experience....

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate logistics and dispatch service techs efficiently using transportation management systems.
  • Analyze data to optimize routing and tech schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
  • Utilize GIS and GPS tools to enhance transportation planning and tech management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
