Job description

Ultra Care Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for an enthusiastic, team player to be a DISPATCHER working closely with Delivery Associates and facilitating morning dispatch and evening returns. Must have effective writing and oral communication skills to create and maintain relationships with team members, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Delivery Associates deliver Amazon packages and strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day with a start time of 9:30am or later, and shifts vary between Day time to Evening (3pm -10pm), 7 days per week.
STRONGLY DESIRE A CANDIDATE WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THE AMAZON DELIVERY PROCESS EITHER AS A DRIVER OR A DISPATCHER.

Duties and Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Coordinate operations and provide support to delivery associates under the direction of the dispatch manager to ensure timely route completion
Print Daily Route Lists and Provide to Delivery Associates
Facilitate Load Out which is when Delivery Associates load their vehicles
Monitor Driver Progress to Ensure Routes Packages are meeting Delivery Goals
Work with Delivery Associates regarding any On Road issues they encounter.
Manage inbound and outbound communication with last mile delivery drivers
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
Documentation of all communication and interactions with customers.
Creative problem solving
Load and unload packages to be delivered
Be CUSTOMER SERVICE OBSESSED!!
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
