Externally, you'll engage with a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, building relationships with VPs, Heads of Marketing, Product Managers, and Engineers.

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager on the Commercial segment, you will help clients succeed with their digital optimization programs, guiding them to get the most from VWO/AB Tasty's suite of products—including testing, personalization, feature management, merchandising, and recommendations—while becoming their trusted strategic partner.

Additional Information: This role involves occasional travel to client meetings across the US.

YOUR MISSION
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial clients, understanding their goals and challenges to provide tailored guidance and drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts, from day-to-day users to executive decision-makers (VPs, Heads of Marketing, Product Managers, Engineers).

  • Drive platform adoption and value realization, leading onboarding journeys that help clients unlock ROI from their digital optimization programs quickly and effectively.

  • Lead strategic guidance sessions, product showcases, and best-practice sharing to help clients maximize results and demonstrate the tangible impact of their experimentation and personalization programs.

  • Liaise with Key Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to identify risks and opportunities, ensure seamless client experiences, and support account growth and product expansion.

  • Act as the go-to strategic partner and voice of the customer, capturing client feedback and insights to influence internal teams and continuously improve both product and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Proven experience in a client-facing SaaS or digital optimization role (3+ years), with a track record of helping clients adopt technology and achieve measurable outcomes, ideally in UX, analytics, e-commerce, or customer experience optimization.

  • Confidence in engaging decision-makers, translating technical concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics; bonus for React, Vue.js, SSR, SPA, APIs, or SDKs) for both technical and non-technical audiences, and managing multiple clients and priorities with strong organizational skills and a consultative mindset.

  • Eagerness to develop deep expertise across VWO/AB Tasty's full product suite, stay ahead of industry trends, collaborate across global remote teams, and champion customer-centric improvements that drive impact.

If you don't meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your application!
