We deliver experiences to consumers through Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives such as Hey, Disney!

This role sits within the Disney Signature Experiences (DSE), Data, Portfolio and Strategic Enablement in DXT.

As a Senior Business & Information Analyst, you will deliver data-driven insights to empower decision-making across the organization, contribute to process efficiencies, and support resource management and delivery effectiveness processes.

The Senior Business & Information Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand program needs, support strategic direction, and contribute to strategic workforce planning. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with strong communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading peers and leaders to adopt new insights, strategies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Planning & Holistic Portfolio Support: Enable strategic planning outcomes by translating business objectives, resourcing inputs, and strategic data into actionable insights. Partner with HR and delivery leaders to assess tradeoffs, manage risk, and support the development of a clear narrative on plan assumptions, scenarios, and comparative analytics.

  • Process Automation: Analyze current processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness. Define compelling arguments and business cases to support proposed initiatives.

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Apply analytical techniques and visualization tools to support hypothesis-driven analysis, scenario evaluation, and clear storytelling for leaders.

  • AI Enablement, Applied Use Cases & Industry Awareness: Identify, apply, and scale AI and automation use cases that improve daytoday analytical work, planning processes, and operational efficiency. Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, tools, and industry trends, and translate them into practical, responsible applications embedded within existing DX Tech workflows.

  • Program Support & Strategy Alignment: Contribute to program planning, execution tracking, and data consolidation efforts that align with organizational goals. Support storytelling and presentation of findings and opportunities to leadership.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external teams as well as business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Change Enablement: Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement by contributing ideas and participating in change initiatives including serving as a thought partner.

  • Shape executive communications:Prepare executive materials, leadership updates, and strategy briefings that are visually crisp, insight-driven, and aligned to organizational goals.

  • Drive strategic transparency:Manage multiple inputs of information, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and clarity across the strategy team and leadership forums.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, project management or related field.

  • Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI tools to continuously improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ways of working.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect analysis to enterprise priorities.

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional information into actionable insights for executive and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience developing frameworks, narratives, and visuals that influence senior leaders and drive alignment.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

  • Experience improving broad sweeping processes with multiple key stakeholders and varying criteria.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills- proven ability to transform complex analysis into clear, engaging presentations for executives.

  • Background in Technology or experience working closely with financial & strategy teams.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies including tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Experience with AI (e.g., Cursor, Claude) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field of study

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $92,900 to $124,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
