At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive and digital experiences for the Company’s vacation brands, Disney’s Parks and Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! 

 

DX Technology and Digital is looking for a Manager - Product Management to lead a team of product managers and developers focused on optimizing digital experience across the funnel, driving qualified traffic into sales flows and converting. This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing and commercial best practices, conversion optimization, commerce technical acumen.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and collaborative, thrives in a complex matrix environment while wearing multiple hats, and can work with autonomy and accountability. They excel at synthesizing diverse technologies, data sources, and business capabilities into intuitive, high-quality products that guests love, balancing innovation with simplicity to deliver measurable impact.   

What You’ll Do  

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the funnel to optimize traffic quality and conversion.

  • Champion the Guest experience by translating consumer needs, pain points, data, and market trends into outcome-driven product priorities.

  • Provide strong thought partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on value, strategic objectives, and data-driven decision making.

  • Synthesize complex inputs across large product lines/verticals to deliver a clear product definition and strategic roadmap.

  • Develop technical strategies and supervise the day-to-day activities and deliverables of the development team. Mentor and grow talent.

  • Manage digital features in production, monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and MVP to scaling and optimization.

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, marketing, and data science to develop and refine features.

  • Leverages AI to improve guest experiences, as well as drive operational efficiency. 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills  

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital environments, 4+ years of leading development teams.

  • Proven track record in delivering scalable digital experiences.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience leading and recruiting technical teams, including software engineers, system and platform engineers, software architects, and technical project managers

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Preferred

  • Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Developer is a plus.

  • Background in travel, leisure or e-commerce industries

Required Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $163,400 to $219,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
