The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy andresearch, andis responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization,including:project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation;process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.

The Technology Planning & Operations team partners closely with Portfolio, Finance, Global Program Management (GPM), and Technology leadership to orchestrate essential business workflows across the organization. This includes resource capacity planning, financial setup, and delivery governance before, during, and after project execution.

Role Overview

The Senior Planning and Delivery Analyst - Product Solutions is a hands-on, technical individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and supporting Airtable-first solutions that power planning, delivery, and reporting workflows across the organization.

This role serves as a subject matter expert supporting the team's Airtable ecosystem, contributing to solution design, development, and ongoing support. The position blends product thinking with technical execution-partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable, integrated solutions that improve operational efficiency and data quality.

This role operates within established product and platform direction while independently executing on complex solution delivery. The role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into intuitive, maintainable tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Airtable Solution Development & Support

  • Serve as a key contributor and subject matter expert for Airtable platforms supporting planning and delivery workflows
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Airtable solutions, including:
    • Multi-source data models
    • Synced tables and relational structures
    • Interfaces and reporting layers tailored to stakeholder needs
    • Automations and scripted workflows
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for data structure, governance, and maintainability

Integration & Automation

  • Support the design and implementation of integrations between Airtable and external systems (e.g., APIs, planning tools, data platforms)
  • Develop and maintain automations and scripts to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to support data pipelines and system interoperability

Stakeholder Solutioning & Delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and support solutions that address planning, reporting, and operational needs
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable implementations
  • Deliver enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and data accuracy

Platform Support & Operations

  • Provide system administration and ongoing support for Airtable-based tools, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Troubleshoot data, automation, and integration issues across workflows
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance across solutions

Reporting & Insights Enablement

  • Develop and maintain Airtable-based reporting layers and interfaces to support operational and executive decision-making
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and operational indicators
  • Support the creation of materials that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, tooling, and data processes
  • Contribute to the implementation of standards, documentation, and scalable practices for solution delivery

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, or technical solution delivery
  • Proven experience designing and implementing data-driven tools and workflows
  • Strong understanding of planning, portfolio, or delivery operations environments
  • Proficiency in data modeling, process design, and system thinking
  • Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets and complex data manipulation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on Airtable expertise, including:
    • Complex relational data models and multi-source integrations
    • Interfaces and reporting layers
    • Automations and scripting
  • Experience supporting integrations between Airtable and external systems using APIs or middleware tools
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to accelerate scripting, automation, and solution development workflows
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), with ability to contribute to querying and data pipeline collaboration
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA or similar planning systems
  • Familiarity with data governance and scalable solution design
  • Prior experience in Media/Entertainment is a plus

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field-or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $117,500 - $157,500 per year and in Seattle, CA is $123,000 - $165,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
