As a member of this organization and the Experimental Division team, you will be building experiments to better learn what our customers are interested in and where we can optimize value.

Responsibilities
  • Build new UX features to improve the guest experience.
  • Develop A/B experiments to help grow Disneyโ€™s subscriber base.
  • Use data to drive business improvements.
  • Maintain code quality through testโ€‘driven development.
  • Support the team through code reviews and knowledgeโ€‘sharing.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience building highly scalable and performant web applications serving millions of users and requests.
  • Expert knowledge in Javascript, Typescript, and React.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Living room or mobile development (Kotlin, Swift, Brightscript).
